Since 1996 Géraldine start competing in Freestyle snowboarding and later specialized in Freeride.

In 2002 she won the Verbier X-treme in her first participation and began her career as a professional Freeride snowboarder.

Subsequently, she won 11 international Freeride competitions at the "Freeride World Tour", including 3 times in the grand final, the Verbier X-treme, and scored 23 podiums around the world.

Géraldine Fasnacht is a freeride snowboarder, basejumper, wingsuit, microlight and glacier plane pilot.

Géraldine Fasnacht worked for the famous airline compagny Swissair until 2001. After obtaining a CFC in commerce and a "load controller" diploma, she left everything when she was selected for the most extreme competition in the world, the Verbier X-treme, which she won on her first participation.

She has become a world-renowned freeride snowboarder, having won 11 international titles on the Freeride World Tour, 3 times the grand final at the Verbier X-treme and scored 23 podiums around the world. She started skydiving in 1998, base jumping and wingsuit flying in 2001.

The bird woman is inspired by the mountains and explores new lines in the most remote places on the planet. She climbed mountains and opened major exit points in Antarctica, Baffin Island, Iran and in the Alps such as the summit of the Matterhorn, the Drus or even Monte Rosa! (achievments)

A pioneer in these high-flying disciplines, Géraldine Fasnacht continue to push the limits. She traces lines in the air in a wingsuit and on the steepest slopes with her snowboard.

Passionate about the mountains, Géraldine feels free there, free to do what she loves in connection with the elements. We would be tempted to compare Géraldine to Icarus, the man with wings who got so close to the sun that he paid with his life. But, for Géraldine, flying is not a random adventure, it is a waking dream that she always realizes after careful planning. Through methodical preparations and experiences, Géraldine has developed a real knowledge of the mountains and their challenges. She does not deny the danger, but knowing how to meticulously assess the risks and being able to give up allows her to live her passion without going beyond her limits.

Géraldine Fasnacht believes that living an adventure to the fullest also means having the desire and the courage to talk about it and share the lessons you learn from it. Through her conferences, Géraldine develops subjects such as risk management, surpassing oneself and achieving one's dreams.
